In this video, I’m putting Archoil AR6400-D to the test to see if it actually increases fuel mileage in my truck. The results show that it DOES NOT during the cleaning phase but it DOES after the first tank where I ran the Archoil AR6500 Every Day Treatment. A 1.2MPG gain for me means $430 in fuel savings AFTER purchasing AR6400-D every 5000 miles as recommended. Since I was using the AR6500 before, I did not factor in the cost of it.

To keep this fair, I ran a controlled test:

$In this video, I build a module that adds more control over my AMP Research Power Steps for a fraction of the cost of the Bypass Switch they sell and it has more functionality. It's also easier to install because you do not need to run a wiring harness to the controller which is usually mounted under the hood. This also has a LED that indicates if the switch is in the down position. The switch has 3 positions. The middle allows the steps to function normally using the OBD port to open the steps with the doors. The second position (up or down depending on your preference) allows the steps to be deployed for cleaning or repairs. The third position allows the steps to remain in the up position regardless if the door is opened or not. I show you how I built this module using two relays, one diode and one LED and how I wired it into my 2500HD truck. This setup would work on any system that used the OBD module and all you have to do is connect the module between the two wires that go to the controller under the hood, provide it with a 12v positive and a ground and you are set! DIY $25 AMP Research Power Steps OVERRIDE switch, but easier and better!

I decided to mix it up and little and hunted from the back porch of an abandon trailer on my property. I knew I would see deer, but not this many! What an EPIC hunt this turned out to be. I saw well over 12 deer, shot at two and dropped one in it's tracks.

This is on my land so don't call me a porch pirate.
